At PiPi Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every steep; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened tea products and accessories. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on opened tea pouches unless there is a confirmed quality defect.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened tea tins or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our tea masters inspect the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
